Regardless of the industry, she always has the end goal of finding a business’s potential and growing it.

Tiffany has over 30 years of technology,  marketing, and event management experience. She has worked with small, local businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She has successfully led multi million dollar projects through traditional and digital marketing campaigns. Her clients have said everything she touches turns to gold.

Tiffany is a multitasker driven from her background of success. She is always following the next brilliant idea she has and spinning the next plate.


Keith Duck

Keith Duck, serial entrepreneur and cofounder of Denver Makers Market, started his first ski business at the ripe old age of twenty. Growing up with a father who was an award winning sportswriter and a mother who built her own successful insurance agency, it only made sense that he combined his love for action sports and the desire to be self employed. He has owned, built and managed retail operations in the United States and Australia. He has operated indoor skateboard parks and outdoor water sports facilities, as well as renovated a small defunct ski resort into a 26 year successful snowsports operation.

Keith firmly believes you should always follow your passion. Currently he is co-owner of Golden Sol CBD, Denver Makers Market and is a licensed Life Insurance agent.


Bre Phippen

Bre Phippen is the author of Denver Food Crawls: Touring the Neighborhood One Bite & Libation at a Time and “Bites with Bre,” a blog sharing the food stories of Denver. A well-known influencer and blogger. Bre also does many speaking engagements and has appeared at Colorado State University, Denver Startup Week, and Channel 2 News, among others. In her spare time she enjoys time in the outdoors with her sheepadoodle and her husband.


Devan Patterson

Devan Patterson is in his final year earning his Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Metropolitan State University with an emphasis in Digital Marketing.

He is employed at the Center of Multicultural Engagement and Inclusion (CMEI) as the social media manager/coordinator. He captures photos and videos, writes the copy and strategizes the best social media opportunities for growth and engagement.

He is working alongside digital marketing expert Bre Phippen to develop a social media program for vendors and small business owners. He will handle the day to day operations and take charge of client relations. He is most excited to see the individual growth each small business will achieve from his guidance. He and Bre will create a program for vendors that is both affordable and highly effective.

Gabe Rimey

Gabe Rimey, Managing Partner, has specialized in Finance and Accounting for almost 20 years and as a business owner himself understands the needs of his small business clients.

Gabe graduated from Metropolitan State University with degrees in Finance and Accounting. Gabe was a series 7 broker and financial advisor before moving on to Public Accounting working in both tax and audit fields. After gaining exposure to hundreds of companies, Gabe moved on to various Controller positions with large multinational franchise companies and restaurant groups in the metro area.

Tina Donahue

Tina has worked for the Colorado Department of Revenue since 2001. She worked in the Discovery section, Taxpayer service section and Protest section before coming to Compliance. She was a Tax Compliance Agent for 17 years and recently promoted to supervisor. Tina has 4 teenagers that keep her busy outside of collecting taxes but loves her job and the people she works with.

Jamie Nicolelli

Jamie has worked for the Dept of Revenue since 2003 in Tax Compliance.  In 2018, she transferred to Tax Compliance for Special Events.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.  Prior to working for the state, she owned her own farrier business and additionally, was a vendor at special events throughout Colorado.


Mike Harrison

Huntington National Bank

Mike has been a branch manager for Huntington Bank for the last 16yrs and presently managing the Highlands Ranch office here in Highlands Ranch Colorado.  He has been in banking for over 30 years and specializes in small to midsize business banking. He has helped hundreds of business with business checking accounts, business loans for equipment, inventory, growth and cash flow and merchant service products. He is also a member of the Northwest Douglas County Chamber of Commerce.  He has a passion to help and see small businesses grow and succeed in the Colorado area. He’s married and has 2 older children that still live in the Denver area.
